1. He rarely overreacts in situations of extreme pressure. He uses sate breaking questions.. Find a way to align your needs with the other person's.
2. When he really needs something done, he gives both the carrot and the stick!
3. He has ability to turn trash into resources.

How to be popular as an introvert like Keanu Reeves:

1. He direct praise tward others
2. He exudes a zen like presene (Speaks in quiet charming tones)
3. He uses enthusiastic hand gestures..
4. He empraces his type
5. He lives generously

Define what does not matter to you.. Free up spacefor what really matters!

Think of yourself less without thinking less of yourself

How to never be boring in conversation By learning Tom Hanks:

1. He uses a story gap (Hinting and what you can expect without telling you outright) (By implying what's comming next is surprising or..)
2. He inhabits the character/action that he is talking about
3. He uses dynamics (By being loud sometimes and quiet at the other times...) (Bu comming in one level higher than the situation calls for!)
4. He includes everyone in the group in his talking..
